Il lavoro presenta una definizione del paradigma “governance delle reti di pubblico interesse” utile per individuare le necessarie implicazioni organizzative ed operative per le pp.aa. coinvolte. Successivamente indaga le principali difficoltà attuative nell’assunzione del modello della governance da parte delle pp.aa. Conclude analizzando le logiche e gli strumenti manageriali da attivare per poter implementare la governance con successo, declinandone le necessarie caratteristiche operative.
