Il lavoro si propone di esaminare i modelli di governance delle partnership istituzionali tra attori pubblici e privati che gestiscono local utilities nel contesto nazionale. L’obiettivo consiste nel verifi care se la struttura di governo delle partnership offre garanzie adeguate al contemperamento degli interessi delle diverse categorie di azionisti (pubblici e privati) coinvolti. Le riflessioni proposte si basano sui risultati di un’indagine empirica relativa ad un campione significativo di aziende di servizi pubblici locali.
This work proposes to examine the governance structure of institutional public-private partnerships that manage local utilities (water, energy and multi-utility) in the Italian context. The objective consists in the verifi cation if the governance structure offers guarantees adequate to the reconciliation of the interests of the different categories of involved shareholders (public and private). The proposed insights are based on the results of an empirical investigation.
