Lo studio si proponeva di indagare l’impatto della leadership amministrativa sulle performance dei dipendenti delle università pubbliche saudite. Utilizzando un disegno di ricerca applicata, i dati sono stati raccolti dai dipendenti tramite sondaggi e analizzati con metodi statistici. I risultati hanno mostrato una relazione positiva significativa tra la leadership amministrativa e le performance dei dipendenti. I risultati indicano che pratiche efficaci di leadership amministrativa possono migliorare la soddisfazione e la motivazione dei dipendenti, portando a un miglioramento delle loro prestazioni. Lo studio fornisce preziose indicazioni agli amministratori e ai leader universitari sull’importanza della leadership nel promuovere le performance dei dipendenti e può informare le future iniziative di sviluppo della leadership nel settore universitario pubblico in Arabia Saudita.

L’étude visait à examiner l’impact du leadership administratif sur la performance des employés dans les universités publiques saoudiennes. À l’aide d’un modèle de recherche appliquée, des données ont été recueillies auprès des employés par le biais d’enquêtes et analysées à l’aide de méthodes statistiques. Les résultats ont montré une relation positive significative entre le leadership administratif et les performances des employés. Les résultats indiquent que des pratiques de leadership administratif efficaces peuvent améliorer la satisfaction au travail et la motivation des employés, ce qui se traduit par une amélioration des performances. L’étude fournit des informations précieuses aux administrateurs et aux dirigeants d’université sur l’importance du leadership dans la promotion des performances des employés et peut éclairer les futures initiatives de développement du leadership dans le secteur des universités publiques en Arabie saoudite.
The study aimed to investigate the impact of administrative leadership on the performance of employees in Saudi public universities. Using an applied research design, data was collected from employees through surveys and analysed using statistical methods. The results showed a significant positive relationship between administrative leadership and employee performance. The findings indicate that effective administrative leadership practices can enhance employee job satisfaction and motivation, leading to improved performance. The study provides valuable insights for university administrators and leaders on the importance of leadership in promoting employee performance and can inform future leadership development initiatives in the public university sector in Saudi Arabia.

Munirah Alahmari PhD in Public Management and Governance from the University of Rome Tor Vergata in 2022, Scholarship Program of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
